COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
If a person has cause to complain about anything or anyone within the society:-
Please address your complaint in writing to the Administration Office (details above). If your complaint cannot be dealt with at the Head Office, it will then be put before the WBS-UK committee for discussion at their next committee meeting. A letter will be sent back to the complainant with the decision the committee has agreed upon to resolve the situation.
