Ordinary Membership £20
Family Membership £30
Junior Membership £10 (Under 18s only)

Membership Entitlement

Membership entitles you to:

  •     Enter Mares and Stallions for grading with the WBS-UK and BSHR
  •     Register youngstock with the WBS-UK
  •     Eligibility for the sales service for registered stock on this website and our Facebook page

Membership Changes

For some time there have been some anomalies in our membership renewals and we are seeking to move to a single renewal date of 1st January. We wish also to benefit our longstanding members for their loyalty and support and will be reflecting this in our new fee structures in relation to foal registrations.

There is still some fine tuning to be done but, in principle, fees for foal registration for current members will stay the same, while lapsed and new members will pay a higher foal registration fee, but this fee will allow their membership to align to the new January 1st renewal date. Half year memberships will no longer be available.

In order to comply with zootechnical legislation, WBS-UK declares that it does not discriminate between members. The Society operates on the basis of equal opportunities and non-discrimination on behalf of employees, members and customers.

No questions are asked on any passport or membership application forms relating to the above items. Membership is open to all. Members are entitled to registration of their horses / ponies, stallion licence for graded stallions and reduced fees for show entries.
